We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.

Warranty Information

It is our desire at Cribs 2 Bunks to provide you with the best in quality and design. If there is any problem with the manufacturing of your product, or if any damage has occurred during shipping, we will replace the affected items at no cost to you.  In addition, all of our products carry a minimum of a one year warranty (some items carry a longer manufacturer’s warranty that is noted in the product description). This warranty covers any damage that occurs due to normal use of the items. If any damages occur due to abnormal use, or if replacement parts are required after the warranty expires, replacement parts (in most cases) will be available for purchase from Cribs 2 Bunks.

Return Policy

All returns must be unused, in the original packaging, with the sales slip.  Refunds will be issued for returns made within 60 days of purchase.  Exchange and/or store credits will be issued for returns made within 90 days of purchase.  This policy does not apply to FLOOR MODELS, “AS IS” merchandise, or SPECIAL ORDERS, which is subject to “FINAL SALE” policy.  All refunds are subject to a 1 day holding period and may take up to 10 business days to receive.  Any credit given without a receipt will be at the lowest sale price.  20% RESTOCKING on open items. Mattresses once taken home are non-returnable.

Privacy Policy

Any information shared with Cribs 2 Bunks is under certain privacy provisions. Information shared with Cribs 2 Bunks will be handled by our organization and not shared, sold, or reproduced. Cribs 2 Bunks will send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when:

  • We need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested;
  • We need to send the information to companies who work on behalf of Cribs 2 Bunks to provide a product or service to you. (Unless we tell you differently, these companies do not have any right to use the personally identifiable information we provide to them beyond what is necessary to assist us.);
  • To fulfill your requests for certain products and services;
  • We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process.
